We planned a surprise birthday party for my grandfather’s 90th. A lot of the guests that were invited had dietary restrictions and were a little picky when it came to their meals. Making Ingredients was incredibly patient with our constant menu changes and needs. They even delivered everything to New Jersey early the day of the party. Everyone was thrilled with the food, and it made the evening stressfree.

For my daughter’s graduation party in May, we decided to have it catered. I’ve never used a catering service before and was a little worried about how everything would be. As soon as Making Ingredients arrived my worries evaporated, they were like a well-oiled machine, serving appetizers right away (the beef crostini’s were to die for). Makiningredients are the best!

I used Curtis and Nicole for two Graduation Parties, and they were awesome. Everyone raved about the food and variety of style. From BBQ to fresh fish, Curtis is a master chef. Using the best food available depending on season, the menu is everchanging. They can do it all, from set up to clean up, they even provided doggie bags for anybody who wanted left overs.

I love to cook and grill for friends but when it came to 50-75 people it was just too much. Want to have fun at your party instead of running around like a mad person, leave it to Makiningredients these two are the best. You will not regret asking this dynamic couple to cater your next party. I will not ever use anybody else!!!!

Amazing Caterer!

I used Makin’ Ingredients Caterer for my Wedding Rehearsal dinner party at my home and for my wedding (sit down) dinner at our Reception Hall. Chef Curtis not only took his time and listened to everything we wanted, but also made fantastic suggestions and added surprise special touches.
