From a young age, Chef Curtis knew he was destined to be in the kitchen.

As a child, he spent most of his time beside his mother concocting his own creations while she prepared their family meals.

Ketchup, soap, chocolate syrup, marshmallows – nothing was off limits!
When asked what he was doing, his only reply was always, “makin’ ingredients!”
